Preparation – enjoyable hot or cold

🍵 Dosage: 4 g tea (approx. 2 heaped teaspoons) per 200 ml water
🌡️ Water temperature: 95 °C for hot infusion – or room temperature for a refreshing cold brew
⏳ Steeping time: 5 to 7 minutes hot – for cold brew, steep in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours
