Preparation
🍵 Dosage: 4 g tea (approx. 2 heaped teaspoons) per 200 ml water
🌡️ Water temperature: 95 °C – no longer boiling, so that the delicate aromas can fully unfold
⏳ Brewing time: 5 to 10 minutes – the longer, the more intense the taste and the more calming the effect
