Legal Notes:
- Not suitable for human or animal consumption.
- Not a foodstuff within the meaning of Regulation (EC) No. 178/2002.
- Not a feedstuff within the meaning of Regulation (EC) No. 767/2009.
- Not an approved food additive within the meaning of Regulation (EC) No. 1333/2008.
- May not be used for the production of food, food supplements, or medicines.
- May not be inhaled or used as incense.

20-piece and 50-piece packs are supplied in resealable, odorless, and food-safe Mylar bags.

Legal situation

In Austria, Kratom is not subject to the Narcotics Act.
The legal situation in Germany is similar.
Kratom is prohibited in the following European countries: Denmark, France, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland.
Delivery to these countries is therefore not possible.
